Estimates, not quotes
Every figure on this site is arithmetic applied to the values you typed. A lender, a tax authority, or a bank applies its own rules, rounding, fees, and thresholds, so its number will differ. Treat a result as a way to compare options, not as an offer.
Assumptions are visible on purpose
Each tool states the method it uses and shows a worked example. Where a calculation needs a rate, a term, or a share, the page asks you for it rather than assuming one, which is why nothing here depends on a country or a tax year.
No personalised advice
Nothing on this site takes account of your income, obligations, residency, or goals. It cannot, because it never sees them. For decisions that depend on those things, speak to a qualified adviser.
Accuracy and corrections
If a result looks wrong, tell us: [email protected]. Include the page address and the exact inputs you used, and we will check the formula and publish a correction if it is at fault.
